High Country Health Care Pediatrics is the largest pediatric specialty clinic in Summit County. As pediatricians, both Dr. Schwanitz and Dr. Remington have specialized training in the care of neonates, infants, children, and adolescents.

We are experienced in the physical, emotional, and social development of children, and we provide well-child care for infants through the teen-age years. As specialists, we are well-versed in the common and not-so-common illnesses that affect children and we provide early and appropriate care of acute illness to prevent its progression.

We enjoy working with parents to help them make healthy life choices for their children. Because we see only children and adolescents, we provide care in a child-friendly environment and our office is dedicated to making children at ease.

We see patients in the clinic and, if necessary, will oversee hospital-based care at Summit Medical Center in Frisco. We also offer 24-hour phone coverage to our patients and consultation to the Emergency Department.
