High Country Health Care, PC (HCHC) is a multi-site, multi-specialty, physician-owned medical group located in Summit County in Colorado's ski country. Formed in March of 1996 as the result of the formal merger of five small practices, the group includes 9 family practitioners, 3 Ob/Gyns, 1 pediatrician, a primary care physician assistant, and a certified nurse midwife.

Our office locations include primary care in Breckenridge, Silverthorne, Frisco, pediatrics in Frisco, and obstetrics and gynecology in Frisco.
